Simple Roasted Broccoli

  • 1 head of organic broccoli, florets and stems chopped into bite-size pieces
  • 3-4 tbsps. Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Spread broccoli pieces onto foil-lined sheet pan. Drizzle broccoli with olive oil and sprinkle on salt and pepper.

Roast for 20-30 minutes, until tender.
