Whatever you put into the universe, you will receive. Therefore, you must be on constant alert to only allow positivity into your space. You must constantly feed positive images to yourself and only allow positive words to come out of your mouth, especially when it pertains to yourself. Pay attention to the things that you say about yourself. The more positive words you speak about yourself, the better you will feel about you. Make it a habit to speak positive, healthy affirmations daily. The best way to do this is by constantly feeding your mind positive, healthy data. When you are happy and have a positive attitude about yourself, it shows.
When you have a positive attitude, it doesn’t matter what happens in life.
No matter what happens, you will find the good.
Remember, positive words begin with positive thoughts… and it all begins with positive energy.
Do this:
- Start your day off with positive, inspirational and happy music. Select your favorite positive song and listen to it as you prepare for your day. Make a conscious effort to really feel the song. Sing along with it. As other thoughts start to creep in, replace those thoughts with the words of the song.
- Before you leave to start your daily activities, call (or text) 3 people and share some positive inspirational words with them.
- As you go about your day, find at least 10 people that you will share some positive words with.
At the end of the day, put the song on that you started your day with and reflect on the people and positive words that you shared throughout the day.
