New years always motivate people to set goals to get to where they want to be in life – the better career, the new house, the new car. And that’s a good thing! It’s great to have goals that motivate us to get what we feel is better. But one thing I’ve learned during my 49 years on this earth is what’s it all worth if I don’t have my HEALTH?
Many of us start the new year off strong when it comes to our health. We join a gym, eat more salads, do ALL the things. Then Valentine’s Day rolls around and we’ve indulged in too much chocolate and there goes the healthy eating. Then the gym membership lapses. And we’re back to square one.
And that’s why I wanted to begin this initiative now.
THIS is the Year: Reset for Transformation
For the next 21 days, we’ll reset our minds and bodies and set a good, strong foundation to TRANSFORM our lives for the better. With better nutrition, daily movement and consistent meditation, you’ll begin to see and feel a pattern of more energy, better mental clarity and focus on those goals you’ve set for yourself, no matter what they are.
