Day 18: Reset for Transformation

Mindful Moments Meditation with DJ Class6:

In today’s meditation, we attract abundance each time we profess gratitude.

Reset Workout: Upper Body

Today’s workout will focus on the muscles in the upper body. This 20-minute session will strengthen and tone your biceps, triceps, shoulders and back. We’ll complete two sets of five exercises. Feel free to do additional rounds, as time permits. Grab a pair of weights (10-15 lbs.) and a water bottle and do the workout below.

Nutrition: Juice It Up!

Freshly squeezed juice is full of vitamins and minerals and are easy to make right at home with a good juicer.

Here are a few tips to keep in mind before making your own juices:

Tips before juicing:
Start with cold fruits and veggies that have been stored in the refrigerator.
Rinse all ingredients before juicing them. Chop large ones into pieces small enough to feed easily into your juicer.
Choose organic, pesticide-free fruits and veggies, if possible.
Juicers can range in price from $50 to $500. The expensive ones are good and last longer, but some of the cheaper ones get the job done. It all depends on how much you want to spend and how dedicated you are to juicing.
