But that doesn’t mean you can’t still get a good workout. Try this challenging workout that requires nothing but your own bodyweight. It’ll get your heart pumping while building muscle tone and strength.
Do as many reps as possible for each exercise for a total of one minute. Rest for 20 seconds between each exercise.
