The 10-Minute Core Workout

Having a strong core is more than just rock-hard abs. The core muscles are comprised of the abdominal muscles, the back muscles, the diaphragm, and the muscles of the pelvic floor. All of these muscles combine to keep your body stable and balanced, hold your organs in place and protect your spine.

Grab a mat and complete some of our favorite core exercises. Do each exercise for 1 minute. Complete 2 rounds.
