The Workout: Full Body Pilates

Pilates is a great exercise routine to strengthen and tone the body without stressing the joints. The movements in pilates also help improve posture and flexibility and can help you work up a sweat.

Grab a pair of light weights and try a few of our favorite pilates moves below. Do each move for 40 seconds. Rest for 20 seconds between exercises. Shoot to complete 4-5 rounds.
