Keep It Tight With This Full Body Session

Today, we’re performing a full body session using compound movements. When it comes to building strength, improving fitness, and maximizing your workout efficiency, few approaches are as effective as incorporating compound exercises into your routine. Compound exercises are multi-joint movements that engage multiple muscle groups simultaneously, offering a powerful way to elevate your training.

Want a challenge? Go a little heavier with your weights. We’re using 15 pound weights in the video below. Do 10 reps of each exercise, with a 30 second rest between exercises. Let’s do 3-5 rounds. You got this!
