  • salad dressings
  • malt (malted barley flour, malted milk and milkshakes, malt extract, malt syrup, malt flavoring, malt vinegar)
  • food coloring
  • soups
  • beer
  • rye bread, such as pumpernickel

Symptoms of gluten intolerance

  • Diarrhea
  • Constipation
  • smelly bowel movements
  • abdominal pain
  • Fatigue and tiredness
  • brain fog
  • Anxiety
  • Anemia
  • unexplained weight loss
  • bloody stool
  • changes in your bowel habits
