Signs You May Want to Go Gluten-Free

What is gluten?
According to celiac.com, “gluten is a general name for the proteins found in wheat, rye, barley and triticale. Gluten acts as a glue, holding the foods together and can be found in a variety of foods including:

- pasta
- cereals
- sauces
- salad dressings
- malt (malted barley flour, malted milk and milkshakes, malt extract, malt syrup, malt flavoring, malt vinegar)
- food coloring
- soups
- beer
- rye bread, such as pumpernickel
Symptoms of gluten intolerance
- Diarrhea

- Fatigue and tiredness
