Workout: Full Body Pilates

Today’s workout focus in on building a strong upper body for better posture and increased functional strength to reduced risk of injury. These muscles help you perform everyday activities, such as lifting, carrying, and reaching. Lastly, a strong upper body contributes to improved metabolism, bone density, and overall body composition.

For this workout, you’ll need small and midsized weights, a mat and water.
