The One-Dumbbell Workout
Need a total body workout to hit every muscle group and work up a sweat? Try this one-dumbbell workout. Complete four rounds of each set of exercises, with a 1-minute rest between rounds.
Use a dumbbell between 15 and 25 lbs.
The Moves
- Goblet squat (10 repetitions)
- Single-arm dumbbell snatch (8 repetitions per arm)
- Bent-over rows (12 repetitions)
- Floor chest press (12 repetitions)
