How to prepare sea moss

Soak raw sea moss in filtered water overnight. Rinse and blend with fresh water until smooth. You can also blend in a dairy-free milk and spices (cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla). Store in the fridge for 3-5 days or freeze.
