Total Body Workout
Today’s total body workout hits all the major muscle groups while giving you a challenging cardio blast. With this layered workout, you’ll get a workout for the body and the brain. We’ll do a total of five moves, 10 reps of each move, for five rounds. We’ll continue to add a new move with each round.
