Leg Day is probably one of the most dreaded days of the week for me. My love/hate relationship with leg workouts literally keeps me up the night before, going through moves in my head and feeling the pain even before it’s begun.

On the other hand, I know that having a strong lower body is essential to musculoskeletal health. Strong legs helps make walking, running and jumping easier, improves posture, bone strength, balance and burns more calories. All good reasons to get up, put on my shoes and get this workout in!
