Walking is one of the best ways to lose weight and jump start a fitness routine. It’s also the easiest. Grab a pair of shoes and hit the treadmill for this walking routine. It’s just 10 minutes long. If you want a challenge, repeat as many times as you want.
Treadmill Walking Workout
- Minute 0-2: 5% incline, 3.9 pace
- Minute 2-4: 8% incline, 3.8 pace
- Minute 4-6: 10% incline, 3.7 pace
- Minute 6-8: 12% incline, 3.6 pace
- Minute 8-10: 15% incline, 3.5 pace

3 years agoWhat should your speed be. When you say repeat as often do you mean right after you have done the lst round.
