  • Minute 0-2: 5% incline, 3.9 pace
  • Minute 2-4: 8% incline, 3.8 pace
  • Minute 4-6: 10% incline, 3.7 pace
  • Minute 6-8: 12% incline, 3.6 pace
  • Minute 8-10: 15% incline, 3.5 pace
