Today’s workout may appear easy but get ready to sweat! This pilates session will challenge your core muscles while simultaneously strengthening your quads, hamstrings, and butt muscles.

Grab light weights (2 or 3 lbs.) along with a thick mat or towel for extra padding for the knees. Work for 40 seconds, then rest for 20 seconds. Complete 3-4 rounds.
