Now more than ever, it’s important that you invest in your mental wellness, by any means necessary. It appears everyone is feeling the weight of the world these days and it can be daunting.   1. Unplug. The constant stream of news can bring your spirits down. Designate a screen-free time during your day to unplug from the television and social media to reset. Go outside, get some sun, and commune with nature. Read a few pages of a good book. Recite your daily affirmations. Whatever feeds your soul in a positive way, do it.
  2. Pray/Meditate. It’s inspiring to find hope and peace through prayer and meditation. Quieting the mind can be of tremendous benefit for your mental health. Sit quietly for 10-20 minutes to rejuvenate your spirit.
