Plough pose in yoga is great to help strengthen your shoulders, arms, and legs while preventing and relieving tightness. It also makes the spine more supple, eases tension, and improves your posture.
How to Do Plough Pose
Do not perform plough pose if you are experiencing the following conditions:
- Neck injury
- Asthma & high blood pressure
In its full expression, plough pose is considered to be intermediate to advanced. It is not advisable to perform the pose in this way without sufficient prior experience or unless you have the supervision of an experienced instructor.
