5 years agoI am so happy to have this advice. I have spent the last couple of years being primary caretaker for my mother who passed away 10 days ago and since her death i feel so lost and have no idea what to do with myself. I used to rise ride around 6 or 7 am to begin caring for her but now i can barely get out of bed until around 10 am
