One of the most underappreciated body parts are our ankles. They literally hold our weight day in and day out. As we get older, it’s important to keep the ankles flexible to keep you mobile.
Here are seven easy exercises to do any time of day for increased ankle strength and mobility.

  1. Standing Ankle circles
  2. Single leg balance
  3. Calf raises
  4. Ankle flexion
  5. Toe-Heel walks
  6. Lunges
  7. Finish up with some jump rope.
