Warming up your muscles and joints and getting your heart pumping is an essential part of your workout routine. Failing to warm up your body can open the door to strains and injury during and after exercise.
Try this 5-minute warm up routine. Do each move for about one minute. Extend the time, if you want to break a sweat before getting into your cardio or weight session.
