If you’ve never done a HIIT workout, then you may want to consider adding these high-energy workouts to your routine.
HIIT, or high intensity interval training, is a great way to tone the muscles and get a good cardio workout at the same time. Through 40-second blasts, you push your body to burn fat and strength. Other benefits include:
